The Role and Ideal Head Chef candidate

As a talented Head Chef, you will be the chief of our engine room, driving your team to deliver top quality dishes. Leadership skills are essential for this role. Communication is key in this high volume, fast paced environment. You and your team will be the key ingredient in the success of this business!

The Ideal Cook / Line Chef

As a skilful and talented chef, with an eye for presentation and a perfectionist for class you’ll know all there is to know about food preparation and portion control. Working within a busy kitchen supporting the Head Chef you must ensure that all equipment is maintained, cleaned and working correctly at all times. You’ll be responsible for reporting on any malfunctions or hazards and complete Risk Assessment as instructed by the Management team. To have a sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene is also crucial to be successful in this role.
