Second Chef - Didcot, Oxfordshire Chef Job

Sous chef - Henley - on - Thames, England

We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced chef de partie who is looking for the next step in their career progression. We are a busy destination food pub with a focus on cooking fresh local ingredients covering a range of traditional pub dishes and gastropub style dishes with international influences. All foods are prepared and made in house including fresh breads, Ice cream, sauces, butchery and fish prep.

We cater for weddings, events and functions as well as usual lunch and dinner service.

Training and support will be available to the successful individual to help develope skills in kitchen management, leadership, menu design and implementation, food costing and pricing strategies. This would potentially lead to taking on more responsibility and heading the kitchen in the future.

The individual will also need to be able to help, support and enthuse the team of professional junior chefs as well as work along side FoH in helping to create the perfect hospitality machine!
